Hi, I'm Cody Andrews

I'm the founder of Venango Home Buyers. I wanted you to hear from me directly, because I think you should know who you're dealing with before you pick up the phone.

I started investing in real estate in 2022. After about eight flips, I met Mike and Lisa, a husband and wife team who had been investing since 2014. Our personalities and goals clicked right away, and we haven't looked back since! That was in 2024, and since then we've helped dozens of buyers and sellers. We look forward to adding you to our family!

What we do

A lot of houses around here are hard to sell because banks won't lend on them. They need work, they're old, or they don't meet a lender's standards, and the owner ends up stuck with a house nobody can finance. We buy those houses as they are.

On the other side, a lot of good families can't get a bank loan. Since Mike, Lisa, and I started working together, we've owner-financed many homes to families like that, giving them a way into a house when the bank said no.

So we help sellers get out from under properties they otherwise couldn't sell, and we help families get into homes they otherwise couldn't buy. That's the part of this I'm proudest of.

What you can expect

When you call, you'll talk to me, Mike, or Lisa. Not a call center, and not a company from out of state. We'll walk through your house in person, put our offer in writing, and show you how we got to the number. If listing with an agent would get you more money, I'll tell you that.
